10 or 5 years warranty
10 years on Prestigio, 5 years on Avanza, on material and manufacturing defects. If something breaks under normal use, we replace it.

When will I receive my order?
Everything is in stock in Amsterdam. Order on a weekday before 16:00 and it ships the same day; in the Netherlands it usually arrives the next working day, with track & trace. Shipping is free.
What is the difference between Prestigio and Avanza?
Prestigio has a solid wood handle and comes in a wooden box; hand wash, 10-year warranty. Avanza has an ABS handle, comes in a black MDF gift box, is dishwasher safe and has a 5-year warranty. The steel is the same for both.
Can I return it if I don't like it?
Yes. 30 days to decide and a full refund, even if it was a gift. You pay the return shipping.
Where is it made?
Vita Vinci designs and has its products made in China to its own specifications, with checks on materials and finish. We prefer to say that up front. That is also why we offer 30 days to decide and a multi-year warranty.
How do I pay?
With iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, credit card, Bancontact or pay later via Klarna. Payment goes through the secure Shopify checkout.
Can the wood go in the dishwasher?
Prestigio (solid wood) no: rinse, dry immediately and add a drop of oil to the handle now and then. Avanza is dishwasher safe.
