The Vita Vinci santoku knife with cutting board (VV-4201-RO) is part of the exclusive Prestigio collection and is designed for precision and comfort in the kitchen. The set consists of a razor-sharp santoku knife with a rosewood handle and a matching cutting board of solid acacia wood.
Santoku knife features
- Blade: made of stainless steel (5Cr15MoV) with a hardness of around 58 HRC. Features dimples that prevent food from sticking to the steel.
- Handle: made of rosewood with three rivets for a balanced and comfortable grip while cutting.
- Dimensions: total length 31 cm (blade 17 cm, handle 14 cm).
Cutting board features
- Material: solid, water-resistant acacia wood.
- Design: features a juice groove along the edge and non-slip feet for extra stability.
- Dimensions: 30 x 22.5 x 2.5 cm (L x W x H).

When will I receive my order?
Everything is in stock in Amsterdam. Order on a weekday before 16:00 and it ships the same day; in the Netherlands it usually arrives the next working day, with track & trace. Shipping is free.
Can it go in the dishwasher?
No. Solid wood and the dishwasher don't mix: rinse, dry immediately and add a drop of olive oil or wood oil to the handle now and then. That keeps the wood looking good for years.
Can the wood handle water?
Rinsing is fine, then dry immediately. Not in the dishwasher and don't let it soak. A drop of olive oil or wood oil keeps the grain deep in colour.
Can I return it if I don't like it?
Yes. 30 days to decide and a full refund, even if it was a gift. You pay the return shipping.
What does the warranty cover?
10 years on the Prestigio line and 5 years on Avanza, on material and manufacturing defects. If something breaks under normal use, we replace it.
Where is it made?
Vita Vinci designs and has its products made in China to its own specifications, with checks on materials and finish. We prefer to say that up front. That is also why we offer 30 days to decide and a multi-year warranty.
