Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all offers and agreements of ESSIM B.V., based in the Netherlands and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 67409741, hereinafter referred to as the “seller”.

Article 1 – Definitions

  • Consumer: the natural person who is not acting in the course of a profession or business and who enters into a distance contract with the seller.
  • Distance contract: a contract concluded exclusively through the use of one or more means of distance communication.
  • Right of withdrawal: the option for the consumer to withdraw from the distance contract within the cooling-off period.

Article 2 – Applicability

These terms apply to every offer made by the seller and to every distance contract concluded between the seller and the consumer.

Article 3 – The offer

The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on the seller. Prices include VAT.

Article 4 – The contract

The contract is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions attached to it. The seller confirms receipt of the acceptance by e-mail.

Article 5 – Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. See our Return policy for the full procedure.

Article 6 – Payment

Payment must be made using the payment methods offered. The consumer is obliged to report any inaccuracies in payment details provided or stated to the seller without delay.

Article 7 – Delivery

The seller will fulfil orders as quickly as possible, and no later than 30 days after receipt of payment, unless a different delivery period has been agreed. See our Shipping policy for more information.

Article 8 – Complaints

Complaints about the performance of the contract can be submitted via help@essim.nl. The seller will respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint.

Article 9 – Applicable law

Contracts between the seller and the consumer are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
