When will I receive my order?
Everything is in stock in Amsterdam. Order on a weekday before 16:00 and it ships the same day; in the Netherlands it usually arrives the next working day, with track & trace. Shipping is free.
What's the difference from the corkscrew on its own?
The corkscrew in this set is the same Prestigio corkscrew. You get the stoppers, pourer, vacuum stopper and cooling rod with it, in a black box instead of the wooden box. The warranty on the set is 5 years.
Can it go in the dishwasher?
No. Rinse the wooden parts and dry them immediately. The stainless steel and plastic parts can simply be washed by hand.
Can I return it if I don't like it?
Yes. 30 days to decide and a full refund, even if it was a gift. You pay the return shipping.
What does the warranty cover?
10 years on the Prestigio line and 5 years on Avanza, on material and manufacturing defects. If something breaks under normal use, we replace it.
Where is it made?
